An owner's deposit is $100.00 along with a reconnect fee of $100.00 as of January 1, 2022. A copy of the Warranty Deed is needed when filling out an application. If you are renting or buying on time, the deposit is $300.00 with a reconnect fee of $100.00 as of January 1, 2022.
The cost of setting a meter is $2000.00 if you own the property where the meter will be set.
