A five member Board of Directors, elected by you, the User, to serve a term of three years, manages the District. Our District is divided into five sub-districts. One board member represents each sub-district. Members of the Board serve with pay after completing a board member training class required by RSMO 247.060. Directors may be re-elected for additional terms. A list of our current Board Members and other staff can be found at Board Members & Staff.

The District is in compliance with the latest rules and regulations established by the Environmental Protection Agency and the Missouri Department of Natural Resources pertaining to the Safe Drinking Water Act and lead content in water. We take three water samples each month at random locations throughout the District. Midwest Environmental Services in Centerville, Iowa analyzes these for bacteriological content.
