|Encountering problems when paying bill online|

Any problems going online to pay your bill, please let me know. If you pay online and you do not get a receipt or confirmation, do not try to pay again-call the main office at #660-947-3616 or the #800-951-3617 immediately. Sometimes there may be connection problems with our lines, and I may not know about it until someone calls in.
